These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between the user and Zentro. By accessing, registering for, or using the Zentro platform, the user agrees to be bound by these Terms, the Prevention of Money Laundering Act, 2002, and all applicable Indian laws and regulations.
Eligibility
Users must be at least eighteen (18) years of age and legally capable of entering into a binding contract. Users are responsible for ensuring that all information provided during registration and verification is accurate, complete, and up to date. Zentro reserves the right to request additional information or documentation to comply with AML and KYC obligations.
Platform Services
Zentro provides access to digital asset trading services on an "as-is"and "as-available"basis. The platform does not guarantee:
- Uninterrupted service
- Error-free operation
- Market availability
- Execution at specific prices
Technical issues, system maintenance, or external events may result in temporary disruptions.
Risk Disclosure
Digital assets are volatile and speculative. Prices may fluctuate significantly, and users may experience partial or total loss of funds.
Zentro does not provide investment advice, portfolio management, or suitability assessments. All trading decisions are made at the user's sole discretion and risk.
User Responsibilities
Zentro owes no fiduciary duty to users. The platform does not act as an agent, advisor, or representative of users. Users are solely responsible for:
- Safeguarding their account credentials
- All activities conducted through their accounts
- Compliance with applicable laws including taxation
- Understanding the risks of digital asset trading
Account Suspension & Termination
Zentro reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate accounts for:
- Violations of these Terms
- AML/KYC non-compliance
- Suspected fraudulent or illegal activity
- Misuse of services
- Legal requirements
Zentro may retain and disclose user information and transaction data to FIU-IND or other competent authorities where required by law.

Cryptocurrencies are not legal tender in India and are not regulated by the Reserve Bank of India (RBI) or the Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI). FIU-IND registration is limited to AML compliance and does not constitute approval or regulation of cryptocurrency trading by any financial regulator.
