This User Agreement ("Agreement") forms a valid and binding contract between you ("User") and Zentro. By creating an account or accessing the Zentro platform, you agree to be bound by the terms detailed in this document. Please read them carefully to understand your rights, responsibilities, and obligations.

If you do not agree with any part of this User Agreement, you must abstain from accessing or using the services provided by Zentro.

Account Registration & Verification

  • Identity Verification (KYC): You must complete identity verification in order to trade. You agree to provide true, accurate, current, and complete information.
  • Account Security: You are responsible for all activities occurring under your account. You must maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials and enable two-factor authentication (2FA).
  • Single Account Constraint: Users are permitted to keep only one account. Duplicate accounts may be suspended or terminated.

Platform Rules and Trading Conduct

You agree to use our services in good faith. You must not:

Manipulate the market or conduct wash trades
Provide false or misleading information
Reverse-engineer or attack the platform
Violate local or international laws

Dispute Resolution

Any dispute arising out of or related to this Agreement will be resolved by binding, confidential arbitration. You waive any right to participate in a class-action lawsuit. The platform's aggregate liability shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the 12 months preceding the date of the claim.
